How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days, although it may take a few days longer when new products are released and demand is very high. It typically takes 5-10 business days after an order has shipped for US orders to arrive, although orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take a little longer.
Orders to Canada typically take 2-4 weeks from ship date, although this may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately shipping regulations on nail polish mean it is often slower to arrive than other products.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.
Why don’t you ship to other countries?
Because nail polish can’t be shipped by air, it would take a very long time to ship internationally - overseas orders would have to go on a ship, which can take many weeks. We’re currently working on setting up international distribution and hope to offer more international shipping options soon.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the US is charged at a flat rate of $4.95. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $8.95.
How do I return an item?
Because we want to keep the price of KL Polish as low as possible, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a product which was broken during shipping. If you did receive a broken product, we’re very sorry - please send us an email at email@example.com and we will get back to you with instructions for claiming a refund.
Are KL Polish nail polishes cruelty free?
Yes, all KL Polish nail polishes are 100% cruelty free and never tested on animals.
Are KL Polish nail polishes 5-free?
Yes, all KL Polish nail polishes are 5-free. They're also 7-free, and 9-free. That's a lot of frees.
Umm, what does all this 5-free, 7-free, 9-free stuff mean?
5-free nail polishes are free for 5 potentially harmful chemicals: formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, dibutyl phthalate, and toluene. 7-free nail polishes add xylene and ethyl tosylamide to that list, and 9-free polishes are also free of parabens and acetone. Didn’t expect a chemistry lesson, did you?
Are KL Polish nail polishes vegan?
Yes, all of our current nail polishes are vegan. You can find our full ingredient list towards the end of this page.
Where are KL Polish nail polishes made?
KL Polish nail polishes are made in the USA.
Which stores can I buy KL Polish from?
